The person behind Transformer Business Labs
Sylvester Molokoane is a business developer, technology adoption consultant, and brand strategist based in Pretoria, South Africa. He founded Transformer Business Labs with a single conviction: that African enterprises deserve the same access to transformative AI as any organisation in the world — and that the right partner makes all the difference between a pilot project and a lasting competitive edge.
His background spans communications, business development, and digital strategy, with experience at UNISA's Research and Innovation portfolio before moving into entrepreneurship full-time. He is certified in AI Agents by Google and brings a practitioner's perspective to every engagement — not just strategy, but execution.
Beyond TBL, Sylvester serves as Managing Director of myKasi360 NPC, a think tank dedicated to township development, and as Chairperson of the Ga-Rankuwa Public Benefit Forum — a coalition of non-profits serving the Ga-Rankuwa community. His work is rooted in the belief that economic transformation starts at the local level.
